By downloading, accessing, or using the MatiDukaan mobile application or website (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Suloro, the operating entity behind MatiDukaan.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect any violation of these guidelines.

To access the full functionality of the MatiDukaan marketplace, you may be required to register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and registered email address.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities and purchases that occur under your account. You must notify Suloro immediately at our official support channels if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breaches related to your MatiDukaan profile.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information on MatiDukaan are as accurate as possible. However, Suloro does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free, complete, or current.

Prices for all items are subject to change without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, regardless of whether the payment has been processed.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. MatiDukaan reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, including stock unavailability or fraud detection.

If your order is canceled after your online payment has been processed, Suloro will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within the standard banking timelines (typically 5 to 7 business days).

We partner with reputable logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your purchases. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are based on your location and standard courier schedules.

While we make every effort to meet these estimates, MatiDukaan is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors such as severe weather, natural disasters, or logistical disruptions beyond our immediate control. The risk of loss for items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MatiDukaan purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return within the specified return window indicated on the product page.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Upon successful quality inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued strictly to the original online payment method used during the purchase. Cash refunds are entirely prohibited.

MatiDukaan encourages users to leave authentic, helpful reviews for products they have purchased. However, any content submitted must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

Suloro reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit user-generated content that violates these guidelines. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content across our platform.

All content included on the MatiDukaan platform, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Suloro or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not systematically extract, re-utilize, or scrape any parts of the platform's content without our express written consent. Unauthorized use of the MatiDukaan brand or Suloro's proprietary assets is strictly prohibited.

The MatiDukaan platform and all information, content, materials, and products included on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Suloro makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Suloro will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the MatiDukaan platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We encourage resolving any grievances amicably. Customers are advised to contact our support team first to seek a resolution before pursuing formal legal avenues.

Suloro reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the MatiDukaan platform following the posting of any changes constitutes absolute acceptance of those changes.
