Important Warning
MatiDukaan provides a tailored and secure shopping experience. Deleting your account will permanently sever this connection and erase your entire order history, saved addresses, and shopping preferences within our application.
Permanent Deletion
This action is irreversible. Once processed, the following data will be permanently erased from the Suloro network:
- Your personal profile information and login credentials.
- All past order history, invoices, and tracking links.
- Saved shipping addresses and online payment preferences.
- Wishlist items, cart data, and promotional reward balances.
Pending Orders & Refunds
Deleting your account will not automatically cancel any active shipments or pending refunds. Please ensure all ongoing transactions, returns, and financial settlements are fully completed before requesting an account deletion.
Proceed with Deletion
Upon receiving your request via email, the Suloro administrative team will manually process your MatiDukaan account deletion within 30 days.
Security Requirement: You must attach a screenshot of your MatiDukaan profile dashboard to the email to prove authorized account ownership.
