AskTarot provides a private connection for life guidance. Deleting your account will permanently sever this connection and erase your entire history within our apps.
Permanent Deletion
This action is irreversible. Once processed, the following data will be permanently erased:
- Your profile information and account details.
- All life questions you have asked.
- Saved personalized readings and responses from the admin.
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account will not automatically cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Please ensure you manually cancel them in your device's subscription settings to avoid future charges.
Proceed with Deletion
Upon receiving your request via email, our support team will manually process your account deletion within 30 days.
Security Requirement: You must attach a screenshot of your AskTarot profile to the email to prove account ownership.
